2025 Was… a Year!

And 2026 is another one! Ha. Even amid all the angst and turmoil, there’s still so much to celebrate and appreciate. This is true every year. In 2025, I was proud to help clients advance in their careers and land new positions, consult for organizations that really care about their people, and collaborate with brilliant colleagues. I maintain that I’m ultimately a cynic, or at least painfully realistic, but I’m excited for this new year and I’m already starting to see some of the new year’s new opportunities emerging. As always, I have a lot to say, and will be popping up in your feed to weigh in on life-work balance, side hustles, passion projects, career transitions, weird work situations, managing change, making money, and the changing employment landscape.
