RITA FRIEDMAN is a coach, speaker, and consultant focused on helping jobseekers strategically navigate career transitions. She works with clients on achieving their individual definitions of success, identifying and creating opportunities, and managing messy situations. She also facilitates workshops and presentations for employers and organizations committed to engaging and developing their talent.

Rita has a background in recruiting, human resources, staff development, operational management, and professional writing. She earned a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Albany, and is a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach, Certified Job and Career Development Coach, Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach.
